About The Position

Customer Service Reps help the store prepare and fulfill customer orders and support general store operations. Duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. Team members receive on-the-job orientation and training. The role may include pizza delivery, which involves driving within a designated delivery area and bringing orders to customers. The position offers opportunities to advance within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid, and accurate movements.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• For delivery duties: valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Deliver products by car to customers and deliver flyers and door hangers, where assigned.
