About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a pizza restaurant. The role involves overseeing daily operations, leading and developing employees, maintaining customer satisfaction and quality, and supporting the store’s sales and profitability. The manager is expected to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store; follow Domino’s pizza-making and food-safety standards; and represent the brand professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant-management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow Domino’s pizza-making standards and dress code, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and work with hustle and energy.
