About The Position

DTID, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Domino’s Pizza store at 757 Bypass Road in Brandenburg, Kentucky. The role follows a progressive training and pay program. Trainees learn the business through its stages, beginning with delivery, then pizza making, and then three levels of management training. After completing the required training levels, team members are eligible to run a store. Training timelines depend on the trainee’s progress and availability, and the employer states that there are no shortcuts because much of the learning comes through experience.

The position is presented as an opportunity for advancement within the company, including potential paths to General Manager, franchise ownership, Training Implementation Specialist, District Manager, Operations Director, or Marketing Director. The starting pay range is $14–$15 per hour. After certification, team members may earn a bonus of up to $100 per week, with hourly pay and bonus potential increasing at each level. The posting estimates that a trainee working 45–50 hours per week can earn at least $52,000 in the first year from tips, mileage, wages, and bonuses. The job includes delivery work and in-store duties. Delivery team members transport orders within a designated delivery area and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving. The role requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
