About The Position

Team Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, drive membership sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while preparing for future leadership opportunities. The role offers competitive base pay plus commission on membership sales, hands-on training, and the opportunity to advance into General Manager positions. Work is outdoors in all seasons and involves being on your feet and engaged throughout most of the shift. A valid driver’s license is required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to motivate oneself and others toward success.
• Enjoys starting conversations and turning positive customer interactions into membership sign-ups.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license required.
