About The Position

The Assistant Manager shares responsibility for the site facility and its operations. This role helps achieve volume, revenue, and profitability goals through a self-disciplined, results-oriented approach, and leads by example while working alongside the team. It offers opportunities to develop leadership skills and grow into higher-level management positions. The position combines administrative and hands-on operational duties in an outdoor, fast-paced, structured, team-oriented environment. The role may involve work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasional driving for company business.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods, including up to 8–10 hours per shift.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, climb, and crouch frequently.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more with assistance.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls.
• Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition, equipment function, and safety compliance.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns in a noisy environment.
• Ability to perform job duties safely and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• A valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards are required for occasional company-business driving.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Restaurant management experience is ideal; related skill sets are transferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a team of 10–15 employees and fostering teamwork and a fun culture.
• Help provide exceptional guest experiences through quality, friendly service.
• Assist with limited administrative work and quick equipment checks.
• Assist with training and developing employees in every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
• Work on the front line alongside the team to support site operations and business goals.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed based on company needs.
• Occasionally drive for company business using a company, rental, or personal vehicle, subject to company driving standards.
