About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps the Store Manager oversee Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and supports execution of the food program. The Assistant Manager sets an example for staff through customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
