About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of station store operations. The role supports hiring, supervising and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, ensures regular and predictable onsite attendance, and executes the food program. The role calls for customer care, urgency, patience and leadership. The position is full-time, with flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights and weekends.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
