About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and working with staff on daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, with regular and predictable onsite attendance. The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, sets a strong example for staff, and demonstrates urgency, patience and leadership.
