About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, executes the food program, and sets a positive example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position is based at Store 2744528, 500 S Saginaw Blvd, Saginaw, Texas 76179, with flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; this handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
