About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting and developing employees, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store delivers a consistent, quality experience. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven restaurant-management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory and scheduling and ensure compliance with food-safety and sanitation regulations.
• Resolve customer issues, maintain quality standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Implement marketing initiatives, control costs, and analyze financial performance to meet business objectives.
• Keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and reflective of the company’s quality standards.
• Follow Domino’s pizza-making standards and procedures to make pizzas consistently.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance in accordance with the Domino’s dress code and represent the brand positively.
• Work efficiently with hustle and energy and provide friendly, positive customer service.
