About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The role is the voice of the company: taking customer orders, answering questions, and helping ensure a positive experience. The representative works with the team to support smooth store operations and customer satisfaction. The position also requires following Domino’s pizza-making standards, maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and providing friendly service. Compensation is $10–$12 an hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
