Paid training includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job learning. Advancement opportunities may include General Manager, District Manager, Franchisee, or Manager of Corporate Operations. The work may involve standing and walking for extended periods, handling food and store equipment, stocking and preparing products, cleaning, and exposure to hot surfaces, temperature changes, odors, dust, confined spaces, and moving mechanical parts. Some duties described in the posting apply specifically to delivery-driver positions and may not be part of this Assistant Manager role.
