About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Sycamore Ridge, a 220-unit apartment community in Gainesville, Georgia. The role supports the Community Manager with the property’s daily operations, including maintaining occupancy and financial performance, fostering positive resident and community relationships, and assisting with site personnel. The position may require occasional evening and weekend work, and the Assistant Manager will be on call as scheduled by management.

Requirements

• One to two years of previous property management experience is preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Section 8, Section 42, and/or market-rate experience.
• Yardi software experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on call as scheduled by management.
