About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Sycamore Ridge, a 220-unit apartment community in Gainesville, Georgia. The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property, helping maintain occupancy and financial performance, serve residents, guide site personnel, and build positive community relationships. The role may require scheduled on-call availability and occasional evening or weekend work.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous property management experience.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or market-rate experience.
• Yardi software experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
