About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing station store operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work alongside staff to complete daily tasks, including bookkeeping and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and deliver fast, friendly customer service, executes the food program, and sets a positive example for the team through urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers flexible shift availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder.
