About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations. The role helps with hiring, supervising and working alongside staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and is expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. The role also involves executing the food program, caring for customers, and setting an example for staff through urgency, patience and leadership.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects by hand, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
