About The Position

Be Good Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring leaders for its General Manager in Training (GMiT) program. The role is for someone who pitches in, takes pride in their work, has strong people skills, and enjoys teaching and helping others improve. The position requires enforcing rules by educating team members about their importance.

Pay varies by position: Shift Manager, $19.50 per hour; GMiT I, $20.50 per hour; GMiT II, $22.00 per hour; and Associate GM, $23.50 per hour. Starting wages may vary based on relevant work experience, shift availability, and the position hired into. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and have a retail or food service background.
• Have a positive attitude, be dependable and punctual, and work well as part of a team.
• Be comfortable helping others, speaking with customers, making suggestions, and pitching in as needed.
• Lead by example.
• Multitask and manage time effectively.
• Communicate effectively in English with a team, verbally and in writing.
• Add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Be legally able to operate a motor vehicle in Washington State and have a valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
