About The Position

New Moon Pizza, LLC, a Domino’s franchise operating stores in the Decatur, Georgia region, is seeking an Assistant Manager. Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers and manage a team of 3 to 15 employees during their scheduled shift. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, operating the cash register, collecting payments, preparing products according to Domino’s guidelines, and delivering orders safely and courteously by vehicle. Assistant Managers are expected to maintain a clean, organized work environment and a professional appearance that complies with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards. Successful candidates are positive, punctual leaders and role models for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Must have a clean driving record and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Experience leading a team.
Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
Punctuality and the ability to serve as a role model for customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities
