About The Position

The Assistant Manager shares responsibility for the facility and its operations, helping achieve established volume, revenue, and profitability goals. This hands-on leader works alongside the team, helps create a culture of teamwork and fun, and supports an exceptional guest experience through quality, friendly service. The role offers professional development and opportunities to advance to higher-level management positions.

The position combines administrative and operational duties in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities include assisting with employee training and development, limited administrative work, quick equipment checks, and maintaining a clean, organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms. The role requires working outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on company needs. Occasional driving for company business may be required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods, up to 8–10 hours per shift.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, climb, and crouch frequently.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more with assistance.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls.
• Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition, equipment function, and safety compliance.
• Comfort working around water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and moving mechanical equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns in a noisy environment.
• Ability to perform duties safely and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards if driving for company business.
