About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of station store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and includes executing the food program. The Assistant Manager sets an example for staff through customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.
