About The Position

Team Nimbus Domino’s offers a positive, collaborative work environment with growth potential. The Assistant Manager role is for a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work, has strong people skills, helps teach and improve team members’ skills, and enforces rules by explaining their importance. The position is part of the GMiT (General Manager in Training) program.

Pay is based on the role level: Shift Manager, $19.00 per hour; AM1, $19.50 per hour; AM2, $20.00 per hour; AM3, $21.00 per hour; and AM4, $22.00 per hour. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a retail or food service background.
• Be friendly, helpful, comfortable talking to strangers, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Be punctual and dependable.
• Be comfortable making suggestions and pitching in when needed.
• Be able to lead by example.
• Be able to multitask and manage time.
• Communicate effectively in English with a team, verbally and in writing.
• Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Legally operate a motor vehicle in Washington State and have a valid license and insurance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products according to Domino’s standards.

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Assist with inventory and cash control.
