About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role includes performing Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties, managing a shift team, preparing and delivering products, and maintaining store cleanliness and professional grooming standards. Requirements

Experience leading a team; the role manages 3 to 30 employees during a shift.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage a shift team of approximately 3 to 30 employees.
Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
