About The Position
The Assistant Manager serves as a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS at the BOSS Store in King of Prussia. The role helps create an exceptional shopping experience, presents merchandise in a way that showcases the brand, and executes operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Assistant Manager trains and develops staff, supports customer service and sales, and helps manage profit and loss and inventory. The role fosters relationship selling and client development, ensures store procedures and policies are followed, and supports store management in maintaining health and safety standards. It also involves community engagement, recruiting, and addressing performance issues.
Requirements
- One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.

Responsibilities
- Train and develop staff through effective communication.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive business with the merchant group.
- Support top-line sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.

- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.

- Evaluate and respond to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Ensure relevant health and safety conditions are fulfilled and empower store staff to meet high standards.
- Maintain knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure health and safety documentation is recorded and maintained.
