About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps run store shifts, provide excellent customer service, work toward store goals, and support the General Manager in all aspects of business operations. The role leads the team on shift, upholds company policies and the Domino’s brand image, and completes Pizza College courses and any other required training. This is an hourly position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. The position requires consistently working 40 or more hours per week.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass RPM Freshman class.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food Safety Certified as required by the area.
• Consistently work 40 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Run store shifts and take care of customers.
• Work toward store goals and assist the General Manager with business operations.
• Lead team members on shift and uphold company policies and brand image.
• Complete Pizza College courses and any additional required training.
• Manage the store and team in a high-volume environment, meeting RPM service goals.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Train and coach the team to achieve product, service, and image standards.
• Use store equipment, including tending the oven, and uphold safety standards.
• Take ownership of resolving problems.
• Apply time-management skills and multitask in a competitive work environment.
• Provide a positive environment for customers and team members while taking orders.
• Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Learn and implement company marketing tools.
• Manage store cleanliness and learn applicable board of health standards.
• Lead team members to achieve store goals.
