About The Position
The Assistant Manager provides managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running the restaurant and implementing operating standards. The role includes preparing products, running shifts, controlling costs, managing employees, handling daily paperwork, and performing other managerial responsibilities when the General Manager is off duty. The position offers opportunities to learn the General Manager's basic responsibilities while developing skills in handling people, implementing company guidelines, resolving customer-related issues, problem solving, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ongoing company training is available, and participation in new training and classes is expected as they become available. The job may involve delivering products, driving, and couponing, with exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Proof of auto liability insurance for the employee and the personal vehicle used for delivery.
