About The Position

As an RPM Delivery Driver, you represent RPM and Domino’s to customers and are often the first or only team member customers see. You deliver products in your vehicle, provide professional and optimistic customer service, and help create a pleasant customer experience. Drivers may also participate in other store operations, including making products, inventory tasks, and operating store equipment such as ovens. The role is variable-hour, with hours that vary week to week, and includes tips paid daily.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a clear driving record, a dependable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Basic math skills to count change.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Outgoing personality and positive, upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino’s products safely and efficiently in your vehicle.
• Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare products to required standards and assist with store operations, including oven-tending.
• Develop and use organizational, inventory, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Use advanced equipment and operate equipment inside the store.
• Take ownership of resolving problems.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and upbeat approach while working in a diverse environment.
