About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service, prepare products to company standards, and deliver orders within the designated delivery area. The role also supports store cleanliness, food safety, inventory organization, and a positive team environment. This is a variable hourly position with competitive pay. The position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws. Duties and responsibilities may change.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have a dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or the ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Have strong communication and basic math skills.
• Have a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customers with a fun, friendly, and engaging experience while taking orders.
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
