About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of the store, helping ensure hot, fresh food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner and customers receive attentive service. The role supports the store manager with store operations, team supervision, employee training, inventory, food safety, customer service, cash handling, cleanliness, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Have a personally insured and well-maintained vehicle.
Have a valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, and no more than two traffic violations within the past two years.
Be able to lift 50 pounds and have good mobility.
Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Be at least 18 years old.
Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
Be able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
Have a positive attitude and motivational skills.
Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure an efficient, smooth workflow.
Train new employees on Domino's standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino's operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
Manage cash-handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
