About The Position
North Star Pizza is an expanding franchise with 27 locations and significant growth potential, offering employees opportunities for professional advancement. Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive team performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Starting wage is $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience. The role involves supporting store operations, team leadership and development, customer service, product quality, inventory and cash management, and compliance with company, food-safety, health, and safety standards. The Assistant Manager collaborates with the General Manager on marketing initiatives and sales targets and helps maintain an organized work environment and optimize profitability. The position requires standing for most tasks and may involve walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching. Product deliveries may involve handling cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stocking shelves up to 72 inches high. Delivery-related tasks may involve carrying pizzas and beverages and climbing five or more flights of stairs.
Requirements
