About The Position
Circle K is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee Stationstore operations in a fast-paced environment. The role supports the Store Manager with hiring, supervising, and working alongside staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and deliver fast, friendly customer service, including executing the food program. The role requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and calls for leadership, urgency, patience, and setting a positive example for the team. The position is full time, with flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. The hiring range is $18.80 to $21.50.

- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
