About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work alongside staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising while maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. The Assistant Manager also helps execute the food program, sets a positive example for staff, and demonstrates urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
