About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations. The role assists with hiring, supervising, and working alongside staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and deliver fast, friendly customer service, and is expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. The role also involves executing the store’s food program, caring for customers, and setting a positive example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers a fast-paced work environment and opportunities to build a management career.
