About The Position

Flyin Brian Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino's, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its locally owned stores in the greater Columbus, Ohio area. This full-time, hourly role is intended for people interested in becoming managers; training is provided in customer service, creating a great customer experience, pizza preparation, cost management, and team leadership. The position oversees all aspects of the store and offers a path to General Manager, potentially within six months for candidates with little or no experience. The company promotes from within, and its Store Managers, Area Supervisors, and Franchisees have worked through the Assistant Manager position. The role requires working five or more days per week, weekend availability, and driving to support the store during high delivery times. Overtime is available.
