About The Position
The Assistant Manager joins the Starbucks team and helps lead daily store operations, support and develop team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Working alongside the Store Manager, this role helps drive operational excellence, maintain high standards, and create a positive, team-focused culture.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- College degree.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and shift management.
- Lead and motivate baristas to provide outstanding customer service and product quality.
- Help train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and labor controls.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally.
