About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps oversee Stationstore operations in partnership with the Store Manager. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising while maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, serves customers, and sets a positive example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
