Assistant Manager – Phoenix Facility Operations and Maintenance
About The Position
The Assistant Manager – Phoenix Facility Operations and Maintenance assists Arizona Facility Operations leadership with daily maintenance projects at the Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training facility. The role supports identifying facility operation needs and projects to prepare the stadium for Spring Training games, city events, and other non-baseball events. It also assists with contracted outside services providing ongoing facility maintenance, including hydrotherapy, pest control, electrical services, and HVAC maintenance and service. The role may require completing recommended training courses, such as forklift certification and golf cart operational training.
Requirements
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school; or one year plus related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist Arizona Facility Operations leadership in identifying facility operation needs.
- Assist with projects to set up the stadium for Spring Training games, city events, and other non-baseball events.
- Assist with contracted outside services providing ongoing maintenance at the Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training facility, including hydrotherapy maintenance, pest control, electrical services, and HVAC maintenance and service.
- Complete recommended training courses, which may include forklift certification and golf cart operational training.
