About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino's, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as second in command of a million-dollar business. The role is accountable for everything that happens within the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The Assistant Manager helps ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team, leads by example, and follows all company policies and procedures while expecting the same of the crew. Training is provided for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The position may involve helping at other locations near the chosen location.
Requirements
- Great positive attitude.
- High energy.
- Prior experience at Domino's or prior experience leading people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
