Store Assistant (Bonused)
About The Position
The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and is expected to maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance. The role also executes the store’s food program, cares about customers, and sets an example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers flexible schedules and comprehensive paid training.

- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
