About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead store operations during a shift. The Assistant Manager is responsible for shift activities, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. This role requires setting a positive example, following all company policies and procedures, and expecting the same from the crew. The position offers opportunities to learn the skills needed to advance to General Manager and potentially progress further within the company. With proper experience, Assistant Managers earn $21 to $23 per hour, including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership experience is preferred but not necessary.
