About The Position

As the right hand person to the Manager, the Assistant Manager assists in managing daily operations and shares responsibility for achieving customer, profit, sales, and employee performance goals. The role works closely with Team Members and leads them to work together effectively. The Assistant Manager places food orders, helps count inventory, allocates shift duties, ensures safety procedures are followed, and assists with team development and training.
