About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, including helping hire, supervise, and work alongside staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, with regular and predictable onsite attendance. The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, sets a positive example for staff, and demonstrates urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
