About The Position

As Assistant Manager at LOFT, you support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. This store leadership role focuses on nurturing relationships with customers and associates, creating an inclusive and customer-focused environment, and supporting store performance. You act as a leader on the sales floor, model the brand’s behaviors, coach associates, and help deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also support the Store Manager with talent development and use tools and reporting to promote operational excellence and financial discipline.

The position is regular, full-time, and located at Store 1478-Woodbury Lakes Center in Woodbury, Minnesota. The hourly pay range is $16.20–$19.45. Benefit availability depends on employment type, role, and eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

• At least 1 year of retail management experience (preferred).
