About The Position

LOFT creates modern, feminine, versatile clothing for women and supports customers in expressing their authentic selves. As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. You nurture relationships with customers and associates, lead on the sales floor, and support the Store Manager in operating the store and developing talent. The role is at Store 1928 – The Shops at Park Lane in Dallas, Texas.

Requirements

• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of retail management experience (preferred).
