About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything during an assigned shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, and overall store operations. The role also performs the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers. Assistant Managers manage teams of 3 to 30 employees and help customers, prepare and deliver products, and maintain the restaurant and professional appearance standards. The position offers management training and opportunities to advance to Store Manager.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license.
Access to reliable transportation.
Full open availability.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Manage shift operations, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Be responsible for all store operations.
Greet customers and take orders in person and over the phone.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare fast, accurate, consistent products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
