About The Position

As an assistant manager in Nordstrom’s specialty coffee business, you will complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering the operation of a successful unit. You will hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service, while supporting unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction, following company procedures, and managing productivity and costs. The role is suited to someone who wants to grow as a leader and pursue future leadership opportunities in the food and beverage industry.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of coffee bar management experience.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
