About The Position
The Barista prepares and serves beverages and food items according to recipe standards while providing outstanding customer service. The role involves sharing knowledge of coffee, tea, drink preparation, and products, as well as assisting with setup, cleanup, stocking, and handling food items. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
Requirements
