About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily pizzeria operations and help deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role involves leading and developing employees, maintaining operational efficiency and food safety, addressing customer concerns, and supporting sales and profitability. The manager is expected to maintain a clean, safe, inviting store and uphold Domino’s pizza-making, appearance, and customer-service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial acumen and understanding of profit-and-loss statements.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Must follow Domino’s pizza-making standards, dress code, and customer-service expectations.
