About The Position
Team Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, drive membership sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while preparing for future leadership opportunities. The position involves active outdoor work in all seasons, with employees on their feet and engaged throughout most of the shift. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and commission on membership sales.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to motivate oneself and others toward success.
- Enjoys starting conversations and engaging positively with customers.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
