About The Position

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. This store leadership role focuses on nurturing relationships with customers and associates while supporting the Store Manager and driving store performance.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

• 1+ year of retail management experience (preferred).

• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
• Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
• Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.
