About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations. The role involves supervising and developing employees, maintaining efficient operations and food-safety standards, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting sales and profitability goals. The Assistant Manager is also expected to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting while maintaining Domino’s standards for pizza preparation, appearance, speed, and customer interaction.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Ability to follow Domino’s pizza-making standards, maintain the required appearance and dress code, and work with hustle and energy.
